Pickleball is a fast-paced paddle sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton, and table tennis (ping-pong). Played indoors or outdoors on a court roughly a third the size of a tennis court, it is easy for beginners to learn, but offers plenty of speed and strategy at competitive levels.

Why play pickleball: Because the court is compact and the ball moves slower than a tennis ball, pickleball requires less running, making it accessible to all ages and fitness levels while keeping rallies fast and social.
